The Trust @ Oakland City is located at 1024 Donnelly Avenue in the Oakland City neighborhood in southwest Atlanta. This project will create permanently affordable housing near the Atlanta BeltLine, an area experiencing rapid gentrification and displacement. The property is within 100 yards of the Atlanta BeltLine Westside Trail, less than one mile to the West End MARTA Station and less than a quarter mile from the popular Lee + White retail district.
